Whippoorwill Hike at Ferry Bluff State Natural Area in Sauk County

This event attracts 15 people from Dane County. Kids and families learn about learn about the beautiful whippoorwill and listen for its evening song. We’ll also enjoy a light snack on the bluff. This event is perfect for children ages 10 and up. You must be able to hike up a hill one-quarter mile in length with some steep steps.
